Activation & Configuration

In order to receive payments in your online store, you need to activate Payrexx Swiss Collecting or Payrexx Direct in your backend. Here you can select the desired payment types and adjust settings according to your wishes.

Payrexx Swiss Collecting

After successful verification (see Setup) you can activate Payrexx Swiss Collecting in your merchant backend: Payment Provider > Payrexx Swiss Collecting > Activate

Configuration

Log into your account and maneuver to «Payment Providers» located on the left side.

Request Payment Methods

Some means of payment, inside of Payrexx Swiss Collecting, have to be requested first. These are displayed under «Request New Payment Methods».

After requesting the new payment methods, they will be available within a few working days. As soon as the activation of the requested means of payment was successful, you will be notified by mail.

Payrexx Direct

After successful verification (see Setup), Payrexx Direct will automatically be activated for you and will be displayed under the Payment Providers tab.

Configuration

Log into your account and maneuver to «Payment Providers» located on the left side.

Click on «Configure» to configure Payrexx Direct according to your wishes. Further down, you can activate or deactivate the desired payment methods via checkbox.

Go Live

In order to receive productive payments, you simply need to set the mode from «Test» to «Live».

Click on «Configure» to configure Payrexx Direct according to your wishes. Further down, you can activate or deactivate the desired payment methods via checkbox.

Further Information

• In case you have already activated corresponding payment methods via External Payment Providers, you can now deactivate them

• If you use Payrexx Tools, please make sure to activate Payrexx Swiss Collecting and/or Payrexx Direct in the corresponding settings

• You can now find an overview of your transaction fees in the configuration settings of Swiss Collecting and Payrexx Direct
