# External Payment Providers In addition to using our in-house payment solutions, [Payrexx Pay and Payrexx Pay Plus](https://docs.payrexx.com/merchant/english/payment-provider/payrexx-pay), you also have the option to integrate a wide range of external payment service providers into your Payrexx account. More than 30 different payment providers are available and can be freely integrated and used within Payrexx. {% hint style="info" %} Please note that the selection of available external payment providers may vary depending on your company’s location. {% endhint %} ## What Are External Payment Providers? To accept live payments from your customers via Payrexx, you have two options: you can either use our in-house solutions, [Payrexx Pay and Payrexx Pay Plus](https://docs.payrexx.com/merchant/english/payment-provider/payrexx-pay), or choose from a variety of external payment providers. Setting Up External Payment Providers To integrate an external payment provider into Payrexx, you first need to have an active account with the respective provider. ### Integration in Payrexx Once your account is set up, follow these steps to integrate the external payment provider into your Payrexx account: 1. Log in to your Payrexx [account](https://login.payrexx.com/). 2. In the main menu, navigate to **Payment Providers**. 3. The available providers are grouped into the following three categories. Click "Show" next to your desired category:

4. Click "Setup" next to the desired external payment provider to integrate it into your Payrexx account:
