This article will show you how to set up the official Payrexx plugin and link it to your JTL Shop 5.

Please note that currently only the setting Order before Payment is possible. However, no confirmation email is sent before the payment.

Supported payment methods

The following payment methods are supported by the JTL Shop 5 plugin:

Payrexx Pay
Payrexx Pay Plus
External Payment Providers

In addition to the listed payment methods, your customers can also use their shop credit as a payment option, allowing them to pay for their purchases either partially or fully with their existing balance.

Integration

Installation of JTL Shop

Download the plugin via the download link and upload it to the backend of your JTL Shop following the instructions below:

Installation of the JTL plugin
  1. Navigate to Plugins > Plugin Manager.

  2. Klick on Upload.

  3. Browse your computer to find the plugin file and upload it.

  4. Click on Available, mark the plugin and select "Install".

Configuration of Payrexx

Log in to your Payrexx account and navigate to API & Plugins.

Select JTL Shop from the list under Add API integration and add the integration.

Activate integration

Enter the URL of your webshop and activate your new JTL Shop integration. The API key you see here will be needed in the next step.

Configuration of JTL Shop

Configure the plugin under Plugins > Installed Plugins > JTL Payrexx Payment by clicking on Payrexx Configuration. You have the following configuration options:

Required Information

  • Platform, default is Payrexx

  • Instance name

  • API key

  • ID of the desired Look & Feel profile (optional)

Configuration of the plugin in JTL Shop

The platform (e.g. Payrexx) refers to the provider where your account is hosted.

You can find your instance name in the URL of your account: https://INSTANCE_NAME.platform.xy

The API key is located in your account under API & Plugins.
