Products
In this article, you will learn how to create and manage products to sell them in your "Pages" shop.
With the e-commerce tool "Pages", you can create mini web shops and optionally add different products to them.
Creating a Product
In your Payrexx merchant administration, navigate to Pages > Products.
Click "Add" to start creating your product:

The product creation form will open, where you can configure the following settings:

Status: Enable the toggle to display the product online, or disable it to hide the product.
Type: Select the product type. The following options are available:
Product (for physical or digital goods)
Service
Event
Membership
Tip
Name: Enter the product name.
Description: Enter a product description.
Price: Define whether the product price should be an open or fixed amount:
Open Amount: You cannot enter a price. The customer chooses the amount during checkout.
Fixed Amount: You specify the price in the Amount field.
Amount: Enter the product price, including VAT.
VAT Rate: Select the applicable VAT rate for the product. If the desired rate is not available in the dropdown menu, you must first create it under Settings > General in the "Taxes" section.
Images: Upload one or more product images. Please note the following requirements:
File types: JPG, JPEG, GIF, or PNG
Dimensions: Either the width or height must be at least 600 px
File size: Images must not exceed 10 MB
Quantity selectable: Check this box to allow customers to select how many units they want to order. Leave it unchecked if only one unit can be purchased per order.
Track Product Inventory: Specify whether you want to track stock for this product.
Quantity: Enter the number of units of this product currently in your inventory.
Out-of-Stock Products: If you enable this option, customers will still be able to purchase the product even when it is out of stock. Disable this option to prevent purchases of sold-out items.
Options: If the product comes in different variations or versions, you can define them in this section. In the example above, there are various options for the T-shirt’s color and size.
Shop Page: Select the shop page on which the product should be displayed.
DisplayScheduled: Optionally, define whether the product should be shown in the shop only from or until a specific date, or within a certain period of time.
Google Merchant Center: Enable this toggle to define the corresponding attributes for publication in the Google Merchant Center.
Search Engine Optimization: Define a page title and meta description for the product to optimize its visibility in search results on Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
Products of type "Subscription"
Products of the type "Subscription" can only be offered if the "Subscription" payment method is activated in the Pages shop in which they are integrated. For more information on this topic, refer to the following article:

If you select "Value Coupon" as the product type, the toggle "Send value coupon in confirmation mail" will appear. When this toggle is enabled, the gift card will be automatically sent to the customer in the order confirmation email:

Products of type "Membership"
If you select "Membership" as the product type, additional fields will appear:

You can define the duration of the membership (in the following example: 1 year).
You can enable the toggle to allow customers to choose the start date of their membership, or disable it so that the membership begins on the date of purchase.
Viewing a Product
In your Payrexx merchant administration, navigate to Pages > Products.
Hover your mouse over the row of the desired product and click the eye icon:

A new window will open, showing the shop and the selected product:
