The dunning process continues until the full amount is settled. Merchants can adjust the dunning deadlines via the Ideal Payment customer portal to grant customers more time for payment. ## Country Availability The "purchase on invoice" payment method from Ideal Payment is only available to merchants from :flag\_ch: Switzerland and :flag\_li: Liechtenstein . ## Setup Please follow the instructions below to integrate Ideal Payment as an external payment provider in Payrexx. ### Configuration of Payrexx {% hint style="info" %} Make sure you're [logged in](https://login.payrexx.com/) to your Payrexx account before you begin. If you don’t have a Payrexx account yet, you can [register](https://signup.payrexx.com/) now. {% endhint %} #### Request an offer Navigate to **Payment providers** in your Payrexx account and click "Show" under alternative payment methods:

Choose the option "Yes, I want an offer":

Finally, fill out the form and click "Request offer now" at the bottom right:

#### Configuring Ideal Payment Log in to your Payrexx account and navigate to **Payment providers**. Then click "Configure" next to Ideal Payment, which will open a window with the following configuration options:

1. If you want to test Ideal Payment, select the "Test" option in the mode settings. You can find more information on this topic in the support article about [testing](https://docs.payrexx.com/merchant/english/payment/testing). If you want to use Ideal Payment for live transactions and offer it as a payment method to your customers, choose the "Live" mode. 2. Ideal Payment incurs transaction fees, which consist of a percentage fee and a fixed fee. Enter the fees specified in your contract with Ideal Payment here:

Enter the live mode credentials you received from Ideal Payment here. 4. Enter the test mode credentials you received from Ideal Payment here. Don’t forget to complete the configuration by clicking the "Save" button. {% hint style="success" %} The configuration is complete. Ideal Payment can now be used. {% endhint %} ## Payouts Since Ideal Payment is integrated into Payrexx as an [external payment provider](https://docs.payrexx.com/merchant/english/payment-provider/external-payment-provider), payouts are not processed by Payrexx but directly by Ideal Payment. Most transactions are paid out to merchants in real time – immediately after the customer completes the payment. The remaining balance is settled according to the contractually agreed settlement period, starting from the invoice date (varying by merchant). On average, it takes around 15 days for the merchant to receive the full amount.
