Paylink Subscriptions

This article is about the use of subscriptions within the e-commerce tool "Paylink."

To offer subscriptions within the "Paylink" tool, you must use a payment provider that supports this functionality. We recommend Payrexx Pay for merchants in Switzerland. You can find out which payment providers support subscriptions in the following article:

Creating a Paylink with Subscription Functionality

To create a subscription-type Paylink, follow the instructions below:

1. Navigate to Paylink in the main menu of your Payrexx account.

2. Click the green "Create" button in the upper right corner.

3. Configure the Paylink according to the instructions in the relevant support article.

4. Under "Payment information," select the payment type "Subscription":

Only one payment type can be activated in a Paylink at a time.

If the "Subscription" option is not available, it means that you do not have a compatible payment provider enabled. In such a case, please consult our feature matrix to see which payment providers support subscriptions.

1. Save your settings by clicking the green "Create" button in the bottom right corner.
