Unpacking the terminal

After receiving your terminal by mail, open the packaging and first check if the delivery is complete.

The received package should contain the following components:

  • 1 USB adapter

  • 1 power cable

  • 1 spare paper roll

  • 1 user manual

  • 1 terminal

  • 1 charge pad

If one or more components are missing, please contact Payrexx support immediately.

Inspecting the terminal

Immediately after unpacking, you should inspect your terminal to ensure it is free from defects. Specifically, check that:

  • The outer casing has no cracks or breaks

  • The screen is free from scratches

  • A battery and SIM card are installed in the device

  • A paper roll is inserted in the appropriate compartment

If you discover any damage or defects, please contact Payrexx support immediately.

Loading paper

When you receive a new POS device, a paper roll is already inserted in the appropriate compartment. However, once this roll is used up, you will need to insert a new one. Please follow these steps:

  1. Open the compartment at the top of the device.

  2. Insert the paper roll so that the unrolled portion faces away from the screen.

  3. Close the paper compartment.

Order thermal rolls (paper rolls)

Payrexx does not sell thermal paper rolls. Please note that, as a merchant, you are responsible for ordering replacement rolls in time. The correct dimensions for the terminals Nexgo N5, Nexgo N6 and Nexgo N86 are:
