Automatic invoices with a Swiss QR code can be sent to customers via email. Upon payment, the payment status is automatically updated in the Payrexx merchant administration.

## CembraPay

Credit checks, receivables management, and the risk of payment defaults are all handled by CembraPay. This payment solution can be integrated into Payrexx as an external payment provider.

### Requirements

To use CembraPay, the following requirements, among others, must be met:

* Company headquarters located in 🇨🇭 Switzerland or 🇱🇮 Liechtenstein, including a commercial register excerpt
* Annual transaction volume of at least CHF 75,000.00 through invoices, or at least 800 transactions per year

## Bill (Manual)

With the manual payment method [Bill](https://docs.payrexx.com/merchant/english/payment-provider/external-payment-provider/manual-payment-methods/bill), you can send invoices to your customers. Once an invoice is paid, the payment status must be manually updated in Payrexx.

You have two options for creating the invoice:

1. You can use the Payrexx tool [Invoice](https://docs.payrexx.com/merchant/english/account/tools/invoice) to create your invoices.
2. You can create your invoices manually or with the help of a third-party tool outside of Payrexx.
