To process online payments and receive payouts to your bank account, you firstly have to complete your account details.

After submitting your business details, you will go through a verification process. This verification usually takes 1-2 business days. You will be informed via email if more information is needed or once the verification is completed.
Please make sure that you provide the data and documents in the specified format to prevent delays in verification.
All requests submitted before 16:00 on workdays will be answered the same day!
After successful verification, you will receive a confirmation email. Afterwards, you can activate and configure Payrexx Direct & Payrexx Swiss Collecting. You can find more information about the activation and configuration here:

Please note that there is currently no test mode in Payrexx Swiss Collecting. We therefore recommend that you test the payment methods with live payments and small amounts.
