SEPA Debit Direct
In this article, you will learn how to apply for the SEPA Debit Direct payment method in Payrexx Direct.
To use SEPA Debit Direct within Payrexx Direct, certain prerequisites must be met. Therefore, you need to apply for the payment method first. Once your application has been reviewed, we will notify you of the decision via email.
SEPA Debit Direct must be applied for separately as the payment method cannot be activated automatically for security reasons.
Applying for SEPA Debit Direct
The following three steps are required to apply for the SEPA Debit Direct payment method:
Log in to your Payrexx account and navigate to Payment Providers in the main menu.
Click on "Configure" for Payrexx Direct:
Check the box below the SEPA logo and click on the "Apply" button:
Review and Decision
Your application will be reviewed by Payrexx’s compliance team. We will notify you of the decision via email.

The Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) is an initiative by the European Union to simplify payments within and between member states. A common banking standard has been implemented to enable direct debits for any EUR-denominated bank account within the SEPA region.
