## Capturing And Utilizing Export Profiles

In the next step, select the desired export profile. An export profile defines which information should be exported and arranged in columns in the CSV or Excel file.

1. All columns: If you choose the "All columns" profile, all available information about the transactions will be exported.
2. Add profile: If you click on "Add profile", you can choose which information to export. You can save these settings in a specific profile to easily reuse them for future exports.
3. You can find your existing, self-created profiles in the list. To export according to the definitions from a specific profile, simply click on the respective profile

## Email with download link

As soon as the export file is ready, you will receive an email from Payrexx with a link to download the file.

The file will be sent to the email address of the currently logged-in user. To learn how to send the export to a different email address, please refer to the [next section](#send-export-to-an-alternative-email-address).

{% hint style="info" %}
Please note that this process may take up to an hour depending on the volume of data (in some cases even longer).
{% endhint %}

### Send Export to an Alternative Email Address

1. Navigate to **Payments > Transactions**.
2. Apply the desired filters.
3. Click on "Export".
4. Check the box, enter any email address of your choice, and click the green button:

1. Create a new, blank spreadsheet in Google Sheets.
2. Click on **File > Settings**.
3. In the "Locale" field, select "Switzerland".
4. Click on "Save and reload".
5. Then click on **File > Import** and select the desired file.

## Custom Exports Thanks to Filtering Function

During an export, the transactions that are visible on the screen are exported. By default, this includes all transactions.

To limit the export to specific transactions, Payrexx offers various filters that you can display by clicking on <img src="https://1455115231-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2F-MYJhU4qriZCz_Wxs0T0-887967055%2Fuploads%2FZAPk1iPAxBGebvmnkw6N%2Fimage.png?alt=media&#x26;token=b4ef4a48-9c5f-4511-a212-5437714dcf6d" alt="" data-size="line">:
