To use SEPA Debit Direct within Payrexx Pay Plus, certain prerequisites must be met. Therefore, you need to apply for the payment method first. Once your application has been reviewed, we will notify you of the decision via email.
SEPA Debit Direct must be applied for separately as the payment method cannot be activated automatically for security reasons.
The following three steps are required to apply for the SEPA Debit Direct payment method:
Log in to your Payrexx account and navigate to Payment Providers in the main menu.
Click on "Configure" for Payrexx Pay Plus:
Check the box below the SEPA logo and click on the "Apply" button:
Your application will be reviewed by Payrexx’s compliance team. We will notify you of the decision via email.
