The transaction overview is located in the main menu under Payments > Transactions
To find a specific transaction, you can use the filter or the free text field above the list.
Each transaction has a status that indicates whether the payment was successful or, if not, why it could not be processed. For a complete overview of all payment statuses, refer to the following article:

After that, the window with the detailed view of the transaction opens:
In the detail view, you have the option to refund a payment, among other things.
Payments made through Payrexx Pay or Payrexx Pay Plus can be refunded using the "Refund" button.
If the "Refund" button is not visible, the transaction cannot be refunded through Payrexx. In this case, the refund must be processed using an alternative method outside of Payrexx.

ExportIf it is a test payment, it is marked with the label located to the left of the description. In the screenshot above, all transactions except of the first one are test payments. For more information on testing payments, please refer to this article:
