Security: SCA and PSD2
Online payments processed in countries within the European Economic Area (EEA) must comply with the strong customer authentication (SCA) requirements as per the second Payment Services Directive (PSD2).
Payrexx supports only the tokenized authentication method (CRYPTOGRAM_3DS) for transactions with Google Pay. Most credit card issuers accept this as an authentication method. Therefore, no 3D Secure authentication is required for this method.
