Custom Domain
Payrexx offers the option to set up a custom domain. This article explains how to set up the custom domain feature.
Please note that custom domains are only available with the Pro plan.
By default, the URL of a payment page on Payrexx is instancename.payrexx.com, where "instancename" corresponds to the name you have chosen for your Payrexx account. However, you can set up a custom domain for your payment page.
Benefits of a Custom Domain
A custom domain offers several advantages:
Enhances brand visibility
Improves user experience
Builds trust and customer loyalty
Smoother payment process
Expands marketing opportunities
Example of a Custom Domain
For example, the online store of the merchant "Example Shop Ltd." operates under the domain exampleshop.com. When registering with Payrexx, they choose the instance name "exampleshop". By default, the URL of their payment page on Payrexx would be exampleshop.payrexx.com.
After a customer completes their order on exampleshop.com and proceeds to the payment page, the domain changes from exampleshop.com to payrexx.com.
With a custom domain feature at Payrexx, the merchant has the option to run the payment page under their own domain, such as pay.exampleshop.com.

The prerequisite for creating a custom domain is the Pro plan from Payrexx. You can set it up easily in the Payrexx backend under Settings > General settings > Domain.
