External Payment Providers

In addition to using the payment providers Payrexx Swiss Collecting and Payrexx Direct, it is also possible to integrate a variety of external payment providers into Payrexx.

Overall, more than 30 different payment providers are available, any number of which can be integrated and used.

The selection of external payment providers may vary depending on the location of your business.

Depending on the Payrexx plan you use, additional costs may be incurred when using external payment providers. You can change your plan at any time in the merchant administration under Settings > Plan and Billing.

Using external payment providers

You can use Payrexx even if your company is not registered in one of the listed countries.

In this case, simply click on "Payment Providers" in your Payrexx account and select the desired external payment providers on the following page.

How to Integrate External Payment Providers

We are constantly striving to improve our service and include new (external) payment providers in our offering. To find out which payment providers are available in your region, please follow these simple steps:

1. Open a Payrexx test account at signup.payrexx.com.

2. Or log into your existing account at login.payrexx.com.

3. Navigate to "Payment Providers" in the main menu.

4. Choose the type of payment provider you want to add and click "Show" in the corresponding dropdown menu.

The external payment providers available in Payrexx are grouped into "Credit and Debit cards", "Wallets and alternative payment methods", and "Manual payment methods".

• The selected dropdown will open, where you can click "Setup" for the desired payment provider.

Under "Credit and Debit cards," these payment providers are available, among others.

For external payment providers, Payrexx does not handle the payouts. Please contact the respective payment provider directly with any questions or concerns.
