In this article, you will learn how to configure your Pages shop and its products so that they appear in the search results of Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
Within the Pages tool, you can optimize both the sales page (Pages shop) and the individual products for major search engines, ensuring that potential customers can find your content in the search results of Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
SEO for Pages Shops
Follow these steps to optimize your shop for search engines (SEO):
Navigate to Pages > Overview in the merchant merchant administration dashboard.
Open the desired Page in edit mode.
Switch to the "Advanced Options" tab.
In the "Search engine optimization (SEO)" section, enable the toggle next to "Change settings":

Fill in the "Title" and "Meta description" fields to optimize the Pages shop for SEO:

Title: Enter a descriptive title that clearly indicates the type of shop you operate.
Meta description: Enter additional text that provides more detailed information about what customers can expect in your shop.
Preview: The real-time preview shows how the listing will appear in search results.
Even if you do not fill out this section, the page will still be optimized for search engines. In that case, the information from the "Title and Description" tab will be used automatically:

SEO for Products
Follow these steps to optimize your products for search engines:
Navigate to Pages > Products in the merchant dashboard.
Open the desired product in edit mode.
Click the triangle next to "Search Engine Optimization":

Enter a page title and a meta description:

Title: Enter a descriptive title for the product.
Meta description: Enter additional text that provides a more detailed description of the product.
If you do not fill in these two fields, the following information will be used automatically for the product's SEO optimization:
