Can the Payrexx Direct KYC mailings also be sent to the platform operator? Yes, you can set an e-mail address for KYC in the backoffice system under "Settings > Contact details". In three cases, mailings are sent to this e-mail address:

  • Requesting information

  • Activation of the account

  • Refusal of the account

Can the designation "Powered by Payrexx" be deactivated or overwritten? Yes, this can be linked to your own name. Please report your desired name and link to your key account manager.

How can the transaction fees for my merchants be adjusted? The fee structures are defined via the products. You can therefore assign a new product to the corresponding merchants.
