Statistics

In this article, you will learn everything about the statistics tool that provides you with valuable insights into signups, customer acquisition channels, and payment channels.

To access the statistics, navigate to the Statistics section within the platform administration of your Payrexx account.

Overview of the Statistics

The statistics are divided into the following five sections:

Click on your desired topic to view the corresponding statistics:

Dashboard

In the "Dashboard" tab, you will find statistics about the newest and highest-grossing merchants, the number of signups, and users by country:

1. The 10 newest customers

A list of the 10 merchants who have most recently registered on the platform

2. The 10 highest transaction clients

A list of the 10 merchants who have generated the highest revenue over the past 12 months

3. Customer overview by month / year

A tabular listing of all signups (new merchant registrations on the platform) by month and year

4. Clients by country

A breakdown of the number of users and the number of users with transactions per country

PSP

In the "PSP" tab, you will find a list of the Payment Service Providers (PSP) most frequently used by merchants.

Map

In this tab, a map displays the geographical locations of the connected merchants:

You can zoom in and out using the plus and minus icons in the bottom right corner of the map. Alternatively, you can hold down the Ctrl key while scrolling with your mouse wheel.

Customer acquisition channels

In the "Customer acquisition channels" tab, the most successful customer acquisition channels are displayed per year:

Payment channels

In the "Payment channels" tab, you can select a specific date range. For that period, the number of transactions processed via each payment channel (merchant tool) and through each integration will be displayed:

1. Date range selection

A custom date range can be selected for which the statistics will be generated.

2. Transactions by merchant tool

The number of transactions processed via each merchant tool is displayed.

3. Transactions by integration

The number of transactions processed via API integration is shown.
