Two steps are required to delete a retailer: First, the retailer must be unpublished, and then it can be deleted.
To unpublish a merchant account, navigate to Merchants in the main menu of your Payrexx account and search for the merchant to be unpublished.
Move the mouse pointer over the corresponding line and click on the following symbol to unpublish the merchant:
In the next step, you will be able to delete the merchant account completely. To do this, hover over the relevant line and click on the delete icon:
