In Payrexx, the allocation of transaction fees varies depending on the payment provider:
For transactions processed using payment methods from our in-house payment providers, Payrexx Pay and Payrexx Pay Plus, the transaction fees are directly deducted from the merchant's account and paid out to you as part of the regular payouts.
For all transactions processed via external payment providers, an invoice is automatically generated at the end of each month and sent to the merchant.
You can find an overview of these invoices in your Payrexx account under Invoices.
In this section, you will learn how to find and manage invoices.
Under Invoices, all previously sent invoices for transaction fees from external payment providers are displayed. The following information and functions are available:
Download: Click on "Download" and choose what you would like to download:
Last reminder as PDF
Last reminder as PDF (compatible with Pingen)
Invoices as PDF
CSV file with all invoices
Filter: The filter options allow you to define which invoices are displayed. You can filter by payment status (paid, unpaid, etc.), date, and country, and there is also an option to display only invoices related to disputes.
Invoices: In the main window, all invoices incurred so far are displayed.
When you hover the cursor over an invoice, the following functions will appear:
Click on the symbol to show the history of the invoice, such as when the invoice was sent and whether and when reminders were sent.
Click on the symbol to copy the invoice.
By clicking on the icon, you can request a bank payment. This function is only available for unpaid invoices.
By clicking on the icon, the invoice is shown as a PDF.
Delete the invoice by clicking on the icon. This function is only available for unpaid invoices.
