Navigate to Merchants in the main menu of your Payrexx account to access the overview of all merchants connected to you:
In the upper section of the window, you can perform data exports and create new merchant accounts:
The two following export functions are available:
Exporting merchants: All merchants and their main data are exported into a CSV file.
Exporting transactions: Make the desired settings and export all transactions into a CSV or Excel file:
Date range: Define the date range for the transactions you want to include in the export.
Transaction status and products: Choose whether to export all transactions or only transactions with a specific status (e.g., open, confirmed, canceled). Additionally, you can limit the export to transactions related to specific products.
Export profile: By default, the export file includes all available data. Alternatively, you can create a new export profile to precisely define which transaction data should be exported and which should be excluded.
Download: Choose whether you would like to export the transaction data in a CSV or XLSX file and execute the export.
By clicking on the button, a new window will open, through which you can register a new merchant. You also have the option to copy an existing merchant account and create a new one based on the copied data. For more information on creating merchant accounts, please refer to the following article:
The main window displays the list of all merchants:
Use the filter functions to refine your search and narrow down the results. The following filters are available:
Status: Choose active, inactive, or blocked merchant accounts.
Plan: Display merchants with a specific plan active.
Country: Show merchants registered in a particular country.
Date range: Filter merchants based on the registration period.
Show only partners: Display only merchants who are partners.

Use the search field to find specific merchant accounts. You can search by instance name, email address, or reference code.
In the main window, the list of merchants is displayed based on the selected search and filter settings. Below, you can find out what the individual columns mean:
Instance: the name chosen by the merchant when creating their account or logging in for the first time
Contact details: the company name and the account holder name
Product: the merchant's current plan or subscription
Customer since: the date when the merchant's account was created
KYC: the account verification status (Know Your Customer)
Reference: depending on the case, the reference code used for tracking purposes and, if applicable, as a discount code
Transactions: the number and total value of transactions received via this account to date
The KYC (Know Your Customer) column displays the verification status of the merchant account. Only verified accounts are eligible to use Payrexx's own payment providers, Payrexx Pay and Payrexx Pay Plus. The following KYC statuses are distinguished:
Approved: The account has been successfully verified. The merchant is eligible to use Payrexx Pay and Payrexx Pay Plus.
In remediation: The verification process has started, but it is not yet complete, as some information and/or documents are still missing.
Draft: The merchant hasn’t submitted any information to verify the account yet.
Rejected: The account verification request has been rejected. The merchant is not eligible to use Payrexx Pay and Payrexx Pay Plus.

When you hover the cursor over a merchant, the following six functions will be displayed:
Clicking on the icon opens a modal window where you can update the merchant's customer number and add remarks about the merchant.
Clicking on the icon opens a new window, allowing you to log into the merchant account with the administrator user credentials and use the account from the merchant's perspective.
A new view will open, allowing you to change the merchant's instance name:
Please note that changing the instance name will also change the links leading to the merchant's payment pages (f. e. https://old-instance.platform.com/en/vpos becomes https://new-instance.platform.com/en/vpos). It is best to inform the merchant about this before making any change.
Copy an existing merchant by clicking on the respective symbol. This function allows you to create a new merchant account based on the existing one.
By clicking on the icon, you can open the merchant's detailed view. This detailed view will also open if you click on the empty area of the merchant's row. For more information on the merchant's detail view refer, to the following article:
Click on the icon to unpublish the merchant. If the merchant is already unpublished, the option to delete the merchant will appear instead. You can find more information on deleting a merchant account in the following article:
The merchant overview also includes the option to create a new subscription (plan) for a merchant. To do this, click in the empty area below the merchant's current plan or, if no plan is available, in the empty area between "Contact Details" and "Customer since":
