Emails

This article explains where to find the emails that are automatically sent by the system to merchants. It also provides instructions on how to edit and translate the content of these emails.

In your Payrexx account, navigate to Settings > Emails to access the email notifications sent by the system.

Emails

The list displays all notification emails automatically sent by Payrexx to your merchants. To edit the content of an email, click on the respective language code on the right-hand side.

Using Placeholders

Payrexx offers the option to integrate various placeholders into the email template to display dynamic, personalized content.

Click the white "Show Placeholders" button at the top of the window to view the full list of available placeholders.

Sending a Test Email

After editing the content of the email, we recommend sending a test email to ensure that the content appears as desired. To do this, enter your email address in the field below and click the "Save" button in the lower-right corner of the window:
