Before creating subscriptions, you should first create one or more plans under the Products menu. For more information, refer to the relevant support article.
To create a new subscription, navigate to Subscriptions in the platform administration of your Payrexx account. Then, click the green "Add Subscription" button at the top of the window:
The following window will open, allowing you to search for the merchant for whom you want to create the subscription:
Then, click on the merchant for whom you want to create a subscription:
In the next window, scroll down to the "Subscription" section and click on "Change Subscription":
A new window will open, allowing you to enter the details for the new subscription:
Plan: Select one of the plans you have created under Products.
Runtime: Set the duration of the new subscription or allow it to run indefinitely by enabling the "Unlimited" checkbox.
Price: Define a price for the subscription or create it as a free subscription by selecting the corresponding checkbox.
Start date: Specify when the subscription should become active. The available options are "Today" and "After expiration of the current subscription" You can also choose a custom date by clicking "On date".
Internal note: Optionally, you can add a comment. This note is visible only to the platform administrators and not to the merchant.
Save: When saving, you have two options: creating the subscription with or without sending an invoice.
The "Trial" and "Free" plans have specific functionalities:
The "Trial" plan is a product that allows your merchants to test their accounts. With this plan, merchants can explore Payrexx’s features for 30 days. If no other plan is selected after the trial period ends, the merchant account will automatically switch to the "Free" plan.
Merchants on the "Free" plan can no longer accept live payments. This plan is intended for merchants who do not have a paid subscription and do not wish to process transactions.
