Emails

This article explains where to find the e-mails that are automatically sent to your merchants and how to edit their content.

Navigate in your platform administration to Settings > E-mails to access the system e-mails.

Emails

The list shows all notification e-mails that are automatically sent by your platform to your merchants. To edit the content of an e-mail, simply click on the language code on the right-hand side.

Only e-mails with a green-highlighted language code are active and sent automatically. If the language codes are greyed out, the e-mail will not be sent automatically.

Using Placeholders

Payrexx allows you to integrate various placeholders into the e-mail template to display dynamic, personalized content.

Click the white "Show Placeholders" button at the top of the window to view the complete list of available placeholders.

The placeholder [SLOGAN] can only be used if it is filled with content under Settings > Contact Details in the "Advanced Settings" section. For more information, please refer to the relevant article.

Sending a Test Email

After you have edited the content of the e-mail, we recommend sending a test e-mail to ensure that the content is displayed as intended. To do this, enter your e-mail address in the field below and click the Save button at the bottom right.
