POS Management

In this article, you will learn where to find an overview of your merchants’ card readers and how to view terminal details, including their delivery status.

POS Terminals Overview

In the main menu of your platform administration, click POS Management to access the overview of the card readers:

  1. POS Terminal: Model of the card reader (Nexgo N5, Nexgo N6, or Nexgo N86)

  2. Serial number: Serial number of the POS terminal

  3. Status: Order status of the card reader

    1. Approved: The merchant can use the terminal.

    2. Under Review: The merchant’s application is being reviewed.

    3. Rejected: The merchant cannot use the terminal.

  4. Merchant: Merchant where the card reader is in use

  5. Details: Open the detailed view of the POS terminal

Click "Details" next to the desired card reader to display all information about the terminal:

In the terminal’s detail view, you will find the following information and functions:

  1. Model: Device model (Nexgo N5, Nexgo N6, or Nexgo N86)

  2. Image: 3D image of the device

  3. Serial numbers: Entry date, serial numbers of the device and the charging/base station as well as SIM card number

  4. Order process: Information about the order process:

    1. Order status:

      1. Order processing: The device has been ordered but has not yet been shipped to the merchant

      2. Order sent: The device has been ordered and shipped to the merchant

    2. Status: in_use or pending

    3. Order date: Date the merchant ordered the terminal

    4. Shipping date: Date the terminal was shipped to the merchant

    5. Received on: Date the merchant received the terminal

  5. Merchant: Information about the merchant:

    1. Instance: Name of the merchant account instance

    2. Tenant: Platform to which the merchant is connected

  6. Contract: Contract terms (price and, if applicable, discount)

  7. Delivery address: Address where the device was shipped

  8. Mark as sent: Click the green button once the terminal has been shipped to the merchant.
