Statistics
This article explains the Statistics tool, which provides valuable insights into sign-ups, customer acquisition channels, and payment channels.
To access the statistics, navigate to Statistics in the platform administration of your Payrexx account.
Overview of the Statistics
The statistics are divided into the following five sections:

Click on the desired topic to view the corresponding statistics:
Dashboard
The Dashboard tab contains reports on the newest and highest-grossing merchants, the number of sign-ups, and users by country:

1. The 10 newest customers
List of the 10 merchants who most recently registered on the platform
2. The 10 highest transaction clients
List of the 10 merchants with the highest revenue over the past 12 months
3. Customer overview by month / year
Tabular overview of all sign-ups (new merchant registrations on the platform) per month and year
4. Clients by country
Overview of the number of users and the number of users with transactions per country
PSP
The PSP (Payment Service Provider) tab contains a list of the payment providers most frequently used by merchants:

Native_PSP: Payrexx Pay
Payrexx_Payments_DIRECT: Payrexx Pay Plus
PrePayment: Advance payment
Map
This tab displays a map showing the geographical locations of the connected merchants:

Use the plus and minus symbols in the bottom-right corner of the map to zoom in or out. Alternatively, you can use the mouse wheel while holding the Ctrl key.

Customer acquisition channels
The Customer Acquisition Channels tab displays the most successful customer acquisition channels per year:

Payment channels
In the Payment Channels tab, you can select a specific date range to see how many transactions were processed through each payment channel (merchant tool) and via which integration:

Date range selection: You can select any date range for which the statistics should be generated.
Transactions by merchant tool: Displays the number of transactions processed through each merchant tool.
Transactions by integration: Shows how many transactions were processed via the API integration (if applicable).
