# E-Mails

Dieser Artikel zeigt, wo Du die E-Mails findest, die automatisch an die Händler verschickt werden. Zudem erfährst Du, wie Du die Inhalte dieser E-Mails bearbeiten kannst.

Navigiere in Deiner Plattform-Administration zu **Einstellungen > E-Mails**, um die System-E-Mails aufzurufen. 

## E-Mails

In der Liste werden alle Benachrichtigungs-E-Mails angezeigt, die automatisch durch deine Plattform an Deine Händler verschickt werden. Um den Inhalt einer E-Mail zu bearbeiten, klicke einfach auf das jeweilige Sprachkürzel auf der rechten Seite.\

Nur E-Mails, bei denen das Sprachkürzel grün hinterlegt ist, sind aktiv und werden automatisch verschickt. Sind die Sprachkürzel ausgegraut, wird die E-Mail nicht automatisch versendet.

## Verwenden von Platzhaltern

Payrexx bietet die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Platzhalter in das E-Mail-Template zu integrieren, um dynamische, personalisierte Inhalte anzuzeigen.

Klicke im oberen Bereich des Fensters auf die weisse Schaltfläche "Platzhalter anzeigen", um die vollständige Liste aller verfügbarer Platzhalter anzuzeigen.

## Test-E-Mail versenden

Nachdem Du den Inhalt der E-Mail bearbeitet hast, empfehlen wir Dir, eine Test-E-Mail zu versenden, um sicherzustellen, dass der Inhalt wie gewünscht angezeigt wird. Erfasse hierfür Deine E-Mail-Adresse in dem folgenden Feld und klicke auf den Speichern-Button unten rechts:
