Eröffnungen von Streitfällen des Typs "Abonnement gekündigt" treten auf, wenn Shopper der Meinung sind, ein Abonnement wurde zu Unrecht erneuert.

Reduziere zum einen durch transparente Kommunikation den Anteil ungewollt erneuerter Abonnements. Versuche zum anderen, wenn es trotzdem passiert, das Problem vor der Eröffnung des Streitfalls zu lösen.
