Dashboard

In the following article, you will learn how to optimize the dashboard of your Payrexx account.

The dashboard is the default page that loads when you log into your Payrexx account. It provides a comprehensive overview of key metrics for your business, such as the number of payments, revenue, revenue trends, and recent transactions.

Key metrics at a glance

The Payrexx dashboard provides merchants with an overview of their business's development at a glance.

1. Instance Name: You can find the name of your Payrexx instance in the browser address bar. While this is not part of the dashboard, we mention it here because it is important information. The instance name is the part of the URL that precedes ".payrexx.com". In the example provided, the instance is "demo".

2. The first row of the dashboard displays the number of payments made by your customers, the total revenue generated so far, the number of active subscriptions, and the amount available for the next payout.

3. This section also includes a graphical representation of revenue development, including the option to compare with previous periods.

4. At the bottom of the window, the latest transactions are displayed.
