# Release 2026.04 This release focuses on improving the user experience. ## Optimizations ### Payrexx Pay Plus is no longer available in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands Payrexx Pay Plus is no longer available to merchants in the United Kingdom (UK) and the Netherlands (NL). This change applies only to new merchants. Existing merchants in these countries can continue to use Payrexx Pay Plus as usual. You can find an overview of all currently supported countries at: {% embed url="" %} ### Manually mark partially paid invoices as paid Merchants can now mark invoices that have been only partially paid as fully paid directly in their merchant account. This is particularly helpful when an outstanding balance has been settled outside of Payrexx, for example in cash, via bank transfer, or through another channel. This allows merchants to keep track of the actual payment status without workarounds or duplicate entries. Learn how the Invoice Tool works and what features it offers: {% embed url="" %} ### Field for referral and discount codes during sign-up Referral and discount codes can now be entered manually during sign-up, rather than only via a link (URL) or later in the merchant account, as was previously the case. This makes it easier to use referral codes (e.g., by Solution Partners) and discount codes for Payrexx subscriptions, especially when a direct registration link is not used.

### More details on failed Reka payments If a payment with Reka fails, buyers will now see the exact reason why the payment was unsuccessful (e.g., expired card). In addition, the exact reason is also displayed for merchants in the transaction details view. This makes it easier for merchants to understand why a payment failed and how to respond. ### New prompts in the merchant account for a better user experience Additional notes and helpful links have been added in various sections of the merchant account to improve the user experience. Among other things, the following notes have been added: * Note on user management and two-factor authentication under “Account Management” * More information about failed payments in the transaction details view * Link to information and solutions for webhook errors in the webhook logs * Link to more information about payouts in the account under “Payouts” These notes help you better understand features and settings and show you exactly what to do.
