# Operating the Terminal

The instructions on this page will help you properly operate your Newland POS terminal.

### Calculator

In the top left corner of the screen, you will find a calculator. Click the icon to open it, and click the icon again to close it.

### Menu structure

Click the icon in the top right corner of the screen to open the menu. It consists of the following four menu items:

1. Print receipt copy
2. Refund
3. Reports
4. Terminal management

### Apps

To get to the app view, simply swipe left. The following apps are displayed:

#### Phastpay

Phastpay is the TWINT app.

#### Settings

In this area, you can manage settings including:

* Connect to / disconnect from Wi-Fi
* Connect to / disconnect from the mobile network
* Enable / disable roaming
