Transaction Overview
This article covers everything you need to know about the transaction overview, filtering payments, and understanding different payment statuses and transaction types.
To view all your transactions, go to Payments > Transactions in the main menu of your merchant dashboard:

The transaction overview is organized into the following columns:
Status: The payment status of the transaction. For more information, please refer to the payment status section.
Risk: The risk level associated with the transaction.
Type: The transaction type (further details can be found in the Transaction Type section).
Amount: The currency and total amount of the transaction.
Payment Method: The chosen payment method (e.g., TWINT, Mastercard, or American Express).
Description: A description of the transaction.
Customer: The customer's first and last name.
Date: The date and time of the transaction:
For transactions within the last 24 hours, the display shows "XY hours/minutes ago" or "Yesterday".
For older transactions, the specific date and time are shown.
Finding Payments
To find a specific transaction, we recommend using the free-text search field:

You can search using the following information:
Transaction ID (UUID)
Customer's first or last name
Customer's city/place of residence
Customer's email address
Filtering Payments
The transactions displayed in the list can be narrowed down using the
field. You can filter by the following criteria:
Status
Payment status (open, confirmed, cancelled, refund, disputed, declined, technical error, partially refunden, unknown, uncaptured, expired)
Currency
Currency (e.g., CHF, EUR, USD)
Type
E-Commerce, POS Terminal, Tap to Pay
Payment method
Payment method (e.g., Visa, TWINT, PayPal, Google Pay)
Payment service provider
Date from
Show payments from this date
Date to
Show payments up to this date
Pages *
Select a specific Pages shop
QR Code *
Select a specific QR code
Donation *
Select a specific donation campaign
Coupon Code
Select a specific discount code
Mode
Live or test payments
*) These filters are only visible if the transaction list contains payments from the corresponding e-commerce tools (Pages, QR Pay, Donation).
Payment Status
Each transaction has a status that indicates whether the payment was successful or, if not, why it could not be processed. For a complete overview of all payment statuses, refer to the following article:
Payment StatusTest Payments
If it is a test payment, it is marked with the label
located to the left of the description. In the screenshot above, all transactions except of the first one are test payments. For more information on testing payments, please refer to this article:
Transaction Type
The second column displays the transaction type. There are three types of transaction categories:
E-Commerce: Payments received through online channels
Tap to Pay: Payments received via Tap to Pay
POS Terminal: Payments received through POS terminals
Transaction Details
To view the details of a transaction, simply click on the corresponding row:
